Volleyball originated in 1895 on 9 February in the U.S.A in Holyoke, Massachusetts as a mixture of basketball, baseball, tennis and hanball.
This mixture began to give a player development under wich it began to shape that practice today.This development was thanks to William G. Morgan.
Morgan created the game of Volleyball at that time was know as “Mintonette”
In 1912 we reviewed the initial rules in what concerns the size of the pitch and the ball were not insured, limited to six the number of players per team, and joined the rotation on the serve.
